Pedestrian Guardrail

Manufactured from galvanised carbon steel with inline bars, the standard pedestrian guardrail is an effective barrier for pedestrians. Standard panels are 2000mm, other sizes are available upon request. RCE Pedestrian Guardrail is manufactured in accordance with BS 7818:1995 & class 2 loading.

Construction

  • Our pedestrian Guardrail is manufactured using 50 x 50 RHS horizontal & vertical rails
  • 12mm solid round bar infills are welded to the top and bottom horizontal rails at 112mm centre to centre
  • With a height of 1050mm or 1100mm above finished ground level and at least 1800mm or 2000mm centre to centre of panels
  • Infills are welded in line
  • Panels are fixed together using M10 engineering bolts with nylock nuts

Finish & Colour

  • Guardrail panels and posts are Hot Dipped Galvanised to ISO 1461:2009
  • Panels can also then be Polyester Powder Coated to BS EN 12206:2004 & BS EN 13438:2013.
  • Standard colour is 6005 or 9005, but any other RAL or BS are available on request.
  • For installations close to salt water a marine grade polyester powder coating is available.

All our products are manufactured to order therefore we do not keep stock.

We only take orders through email or phone call.

Delivery is available for a small fee.

We are currently working on a 3-5 week lead time.
